We provide AI education, business systems, and support designed specifically for beauty and salon owners. Our services include, but are not limited to, the Salon Brain Core setup (your AI foundation), ready-to-use prompts, workflows for enquiries, sales and admin, weekly guidance, ongoing updates, and community support. The specific details, timelines, and deliverables of each service will be outlined in a separate agreement between us and the client where applicable.
3. User Eligibility
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. You warrant that any information provided to us is accurate and up-to-date.
4. Payment Terms
Fees and payment terms are outlined in our agreements or proposals with the client. Payment is due within the agreed timeframe specified in our invoices or at the time of purchasing an online course or digital product. Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as outlined in the invoice or agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials created by Salon Brain, including but not limited to course content, AI prompts, workflows, templates, videos, guides, graphics, training materials, and other resources, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use these materials for their own business purposes as specified in our agreement. The client warrants that any content provided to us does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information disclosed during the business relationship. Confidential information includes business strategies, customer information, AI workflows, operational systems, proprietary training materials, and other information that is not publicly available.
7. Limitation of Liability
Salon Brain will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. While we provide education, systems, and guidance designed to help improve business efficiency and performance, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or results. In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Salon Brain harmless against all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your use of our services or your breach of these Terms.
9. Third-Party Services
Our website or services may contain links to third-party websites, software, or services, including AI platforms and business tools that are not under our control. We are not responsible for the practices, availability, or content of any third-party websites or services and do not endorse them.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated to clients where appropriate, and your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material obligation and fails to remedy that breach within a reasonable period. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become payable immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, and any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of your jurisdiction.
